DTservices do not provide catering for any functions or events. DTservices only provides service assistance.

Is there minimum number of hours for booking servers for a function?

Yes. We do have a minimum number of hours for servers, depending on the type of function or event. Please kindly refer to the Rates section for more information.


How many days or weeks in advance must I book prior to the event?

Preferably 2 weeks prior to the event.


How is payment done?

A one-time payment is required upon confirming booking of service personnel if the booking is made 1 week prior to the event.

A deposit of 50% of the total payment is needed if the booking or service personnel is made more than 1 week prior to the event.

Payment is made through online banking.

What if I don’t have access to online banking?

A cheque can be made to Goh Genevieve


What if I need more servers on that particular day?

We can provide additional staff if required, but there will be a higher charge for last minute bookings.
